This came from a flier I was given and I wanted to pass on the information for anyone interested. Might be an interesting program.
Ask Eleven: Inclusive Education. A live call-in show on Friday August 27, 2010 at 8:00pm.
Perhaps you know of people whose lives are intimately affected by disabilities. Perhaps it’s you.
One issue surrounding those with disabilities is education and the trend of inclusion. Inclusion is the
practice of involving those with disabilities in a mainstream classroom. Parents, students, and
teachers are all affected by inclusion and opinions are varied. What do you think? Do you have
questions about it? Would you like to speak to an expert? KBYU Eleven is bringing together experts
– those who have studied it and those who have lived it – to answer your questions. Tune in to
KBYU Eleven Friday August 27 at 8pm and call the number on the screen to ask the experts.
Do you have questions, comments, or concerns about your community? Join the discussions on KBYU Eleven in a brand-new series, Ask Eleven. Each month will feature weekly documentaries addressing a topic of particular concern to the community. At the end of each month, look forward to a call-in special where you can personally have your questions answered by local experts. Ask Eleven, Fridays, 8pm.
